RESERVATION DEPOSIT
All reservations must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
2+ WEEKS: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee
1+ WEEKS: 50% of the reservation refunded
LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeitedRESERVATION CHANGES:
Any reservations requiring changes within the week of the reservation
will incur a $10.00 service fee
(Any reservations requiring a change more than one week from the original reservation, will require a cancellation and new reservation made)
Reservations can be made up to 6 months from the arrival date.
When making reservations, all of the reservation information must be complete including name, contact info, RV info and credit card.
GENERAL POLICIES:

FACILITIES ACCESS:
Your reservation confirmation will contain your unique access code valid for the duration of your stay.
MAIN GATE ACCESS: Type in your unique access code followed by #
Proceed to the RV Park where you will find your check-in packet in the mailbox at your site. Your packet will contain a copy of your reservation form, RV Park rules, parking pass(es) and miscellaneous information about VWMR.
NO EARLY check-ins or LATE check-outs Park facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests only.
WAIVERS:
By making your reservation, you are complying with the rules and acknowledge the waiver.
VISITORS & CHILDREN: All visitors must check in at the office and must park in overflow parking. You are responsible for the action and safety of your children and guests. Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. every day. Please be especially thoughtful of neighbors when playing music or making loud noises in the resort.
SITES/RV’s:
RV’s must be NO OLDER THAN 20 YEARS, be well maintained, in good condition and must be fully contained. (No camper shells or vans) All leveling and/or stabilizing jacks must be used with blocks. Please keep your site clean and neat. The use of generators is not permitted except in the case of prolonged power outage. All lawns are irrigated at night by automatic sprinklers. Remove your personal items that may be damaged by water. No tent camping allowed. No carpets on grass. Fifth Wheels 36’ & over and Motorhomes 39’ & over require a 50’ site
PARKING PASSES:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle plus RV in reserved site. Additional vehicles are to be parked in designated guest/overflow parking only.Boat trailers are stored in the temporary trailer parking area and must display the yellow tag provided in check- in packet. Vehicle parking passes are included with your check-in packet and must be displayed in vehicles. No washing or mechanical work is to be done on RV or vehicles in resort. Unauthorized vehicles may result in towing of vehicle at owner’s expense. Resort Speed Limit 5 MPH.
NO POLITICAL OR CONTROVERSIAL DISPLAYS:
Guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and not participate in acts that are considered illegal, unsafe, disturbing and/or annoying to other guests and/or Staff. This includes flags or signs that could be considered controversial in nature.
OPEN FIRES:
Open fires are NOT PERMITTED. Portable Propane BBQ’s and Fire Pits are allowed. Please DO NOT place hot BBQ on picnic table or on lawn. The heat will cause damage.
PETS: LIMIT:
2 DOGS PER SITE and must be added to the reservation
Dogs must not disturb other guests by barking or whining. “emBARKadero PARK” is located on the southeast corner of the resort, providing a great place for your dog to run around and play freely. Pets are not allowed in bathrooms or laundry rooms. Guests are to clean up mess left by their pets. Doggie Clean-up Stations are conveniently located all around the Resort with two nearby the RV Park. We have a waterfront walking path around the entire resort for you and your pets to enjoy leisurely strolls around the resort.
RESTROOMS & LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
All restrooms and laundry facilities can be accessed using your unique code, followed by A. They are available 24hrs. No pets or smoking allowed in any of these facilities. Washers & Dryers are coin operated and take quarters only (available in laundry room)
FISHING:
Fishing is not allowed around the marina. Fishing is allowed off our Cast-a- Way Fishing Deck (located just steps away from the Park). No fish cleaning is allowed on deck.
GUEST DOCK:
NO JUMPING FROM, or FISHING ALLOWED on Guest Dock. NO SWIMMING ALLOWED IN MARINA. Boat storage on Guest Dock is provided by advance reservation only. (See watercraft policy and fees) Kayak or Paddleboard launching is permitted from Guest Dock.
TRASH:
A trash can is provided at each site. Dumpsters and Recycling bin is located south of park by Fishing Deck.
