Refund Policy
- Boat owner must give thirty (30) days notice. With a thirty (30) day notice, Owner may Pro Rate out up to the 10th day of the month. After the 10th day of the month, Owner is responsible for full month’s rent.
- With no less than thirty (30) days notice prior to the effective date thereof, THERE IS NO REBATE OF THE LICENSE FEE AT TERMINATION FOR ANY UNUSED PORTION.
- Performance Fee will be refunded less any costs for electric service and/or rent still outstanding and any repairs needed to put the berth in same condition as when it was received by owner (reasonable wear and tear excepted)
- Refunds will be given for key fobs and/or gate cards returned in good condition.
