Covid-19 Update

Coronavirus Update

Keeping you up-to-date

Last Updated: August 11, 2020

Dear Valued VWMR Tenant,

The safety of our customers and our team are our top priority during this crisis. We have been monitoring the situation during the last several weeks and have decided that it is time to implement some new practices. Taking the advice of the CDC and government officials, we are trying to minimize close contact with others while still serving our tenants needs.

Click here to see a letter outlining the safety measures that have been put in place.

Some of the most notable changes are:

Office Hours:

The office will continue to be staffed daily from 8am – 5pm for phone calls and emails. We have a doorbell and window that tenants and guests can come to. We can make transactions and exchange information while social distancing. If you need to access the office, please call to schedule an appointment. We are here for you and customer service is still our #1 priority. There is a mail slot in the front door if you need to drop something off. Payments can be made over the phone or online through our online bill pay.

Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or email with any questions or concerns.

Fuel Dock Hours:

Our Fuel Dock is open the following days and hours:
Tuesday – Sunday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Closed for Lunch 12:30pm – 1:00pm | Closed on Mondays).

Kayak Center:

Fourteen Mile Kayak is  currently closed until 2021 due to COVID-19. We will inform you all when our paddleboard and kayak center is back up and running.

Sanitation & Hygiene:

We have increased cleanings of all common areas including restrooms and laundry rooms. Please continue to follow CDC guidelines to help protect yourself and others.

2020 Events:

We have rescheduled our Tenant Appreciation Party from May 16th to October 3rd. Please mark your calendar with the change.

Typically we only take RV reservations 6 months out, however if you would like to make a reservation in the RV Park for the October 3rd weekend, we will gladly honor it!

At this time, our “Music in the Park” series is still on. If anything changes, we will let you know.

Please remember we are still open for business and are here for you!

This is a challenging time for us all but when it’s over everyone is going to be more than ready for some recreation and we are here to help you plan for it! We will continue monitor the situation and let you know if/when we have any updates and/or changes. Thank you for your understanding and support during these trying times.

We wish you well as we all continue to navigate this unique time together.

Stay safe.
