The total cost of the stay is due upon booking. Canceling a reservation more than two weeks prior to the reservation date will result in a full refund less a twenty-five dollar cancellation fee. Canceling a reservation at least one full week before the reservation date will result in a fifty percent refund. Reservations canceled less than one week prior to the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund.

Our waterfront RV park features 40-foot and 50-foot sites located north of the Village West Yacht Club. Each of the 14 premium waterfront spots includes concrete pads, full hookups with 50-amp and 30-amp electricity, water, and sewer at each site, as well as a picnic table for outdoor dining. In addition to these waterfront spots, we now offer five brand-new 35-foot RV sites just south of The Bungalows, giving guests even more options to stay right on the Delta.
For those who enjoy fishing, the Cast-A-Way Fishing Deck is just a short walk from the RV park. This dedicated fishing area provides a peaceful setting to cast a line and enjoy the natural beauty of the California Delta. Whether you prefer to relax by the water or spend the day out on the boat, this location offers everything needed for a perfect getaway.
